January 4, 2021 0 Full-screen Samosas By Legacy Cookbook HORS D’OEUVRES Indian January 4, 2021 Prep: 45 mins Cook: 15 mins Ingredients Meat filling 1 tsp Oil 1 Clove garlic finely chopped 1 tsp Freshly chopped ginger 2 Medium onions chopped 2 tsp Curry powder ½ tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vinegar ½ lb Ground beef or Lamb ½ cup Hot water 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tbsp Freshly chopped coriander Pastry 2 cups flour ½ tsp salt 4 tbsp vegetable oil plus a little more 4 tbsp water Directions Pastry 1Sift the flour & salt into a bowl. 2Add the 4 tbsp oil and rub with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. 3Slowly add about 4 tbsp water or a title more to make a stiff dough.
