Tuna Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

1 pkg (8oz) Crescent rolls (dinner biscuit, puff pastry, regular pastry)

1 6 ½ oz can tuna or salmon (do not drain)

1 hard boiled egg coarsely chopped

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 cup chopped celery

¼ cup miracle whip ( helmann’s)

Directions

1Mix all above, together well with a fork.

2Spray Pam in muffin cups, then fix rolls in muffin tins, then fill with mix.

3Do not overfill.

4Top with a few reserved cheese flakes.

5Bake 10-15 minutes at 375f until golden brown.

6Note: Make sure they are brown, they taste much better. Take out of pan immediately and cool on rack. Can keep overnight in fridge and re-heat 10-15 minutes at 300’f before serving. Makes 24 small muffins.
