Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups Low fat milk (1%)

1 ½ Cups All purpose flour

2 Egg white Lightly beaten

2 Eggs Lightly beaten

¼

¼ Tsp Dried thyme leaves

2 Tbsp Roast beef drippings

Directions

1Generously grease your 6 to 8 oz. custard cups.

2Place the cups onto a 15 ½” x 10 ½” x 1” baking pan

3In a medium sized bowl combine eggs, egg whites, milk, and 2 tablespoons of roast beef drippings. Note: You can add vegetable oil if there is not enough drippings.

4Add the flour, salt, and thyme to the mixture.

5With a rotary beater or wire whisk, beat until smooth.

6Fill the custard cups 2/3 full.

7Bake for about 25 minutes at 400
