Lentils

Ingredients

1 tbsp Oil

1 Onion (chopped)

1 Tomato (diced)

1 garlic clove / chive / parsley (chopped fine or minced)

(If you don’t have chive use a small piece of green pepper)

½ tsp Thyme

Salt and pepper

1 can Lentils

1 tbsp Ketchup

Directions

1Put the oil in a small saucepot to heat, cook the onion till clear.

2Add minced clove mix and tomato, salt, pepper and thyme cook another minute.

3Drain the can of lentils and add to pot, with about half a can of water add the ketchup. Let it all boil for about 10 – 15 minutes, watch that it doesn’t dry out.

4Add or remove things to taste try other spices like powder ginger or chicken seasoning
