Mrs. Baird’s Spoon Bread

Ingredients

1 small box corn muffins mix

1 8oz can cream corn

1 8oz can corn kernels

2 eggs

½ pt sour cream

½ cup butter or Margarine

Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in square pan. Pour into a bowl. Drain whole kernel add this to it, add remainder of ingredients mix well. Put this into the greased pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes in 425’f oven.
