Punch de Crème

Ingredients

3 cans condensed milk

2 cans evaporated milk

9 eggs well beaten

1 bottle rum

nutmeg, cinnamon and bitters to taste

Directions

1Mix the beaten eggs and milk together. Using a double boiler heat stirring constantly for 10 mins. Then add the rum and spices.
