Ingredients

Sorrel cleaned and washed (or dry)

Stick cinnamon

Bay leaf

Whole cloves

Orange peel

Sugar to taste

Rum

Directions

1Put cleaned sorrel in a jar with spices pour boiling water over it to cover it. Leave to soak for a day or two. Drain through strainer. Sweeten with sugar and rum to taste.
