Ingredients

1 lb Flour (4 cups)

4 tbsp Condensed milk

2 oz Margarine

Syrup

2 cups Granulated sugar

½ cup Water boiled until thickened to a syrup

Directions

1Combine ingredients and add enough water for a stiff and hard dough. Roll out in strips and cut according to length and thickness desired. Fry in hot oil. Pour syrup over Kurma and turn until crystallized.
