Rhubarb Cranberry Apple Crumble

Ingredients

1/3 cup brown sugar packed

1/3 cup oats

3 tbsp whole wheat flour

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp margarine melted

2/3 cup sugar

grated zest of orange

3 tbsp flour

2 cup sliced apples

2 cup rhubarb diced

1 cup cranberry

Directions

1Combine brown sugar, oats, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and margarine for topping.

2Mix together sugar, flour, zest, apples, rhubarb and cranberries pour into pan , top with topping. Bake 375f for 40-50 minutes until tender
