Heavenly Hash Brownies

Ingredients

1 cup Butter

¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa

4 Eggs

1 ¼ cups Sugar

1 ½ cups Flour

2 cups Chopped Walnuts or Pecans

2 tsp Vanilla extract

1 Package Miniature Marshmallows (10 ounces)

1 Creamy Cocoa Icing (recipe follows)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

3Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan, stir in cocoa.

4Remove from heat, beat in eggs and granulated sugar.

5Blend in flour, nuts, and vanilla.

6Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.

7Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until center feels dry.

8Do not overbake

9Meanwhile prepare Creamy Cocoa Icing.

10Remove brownies from oven, immediately sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies.

11Pour hot icing evenly over marshmallows.

12Cool in pan on wire rack, cut into 2-inch squares.

13Makes about 2 dozen brownies
