Tarte au Sucre (Ma Tante Lucille’s)

Ingredients

3 cups Brown sugar

3 tbsp Flour

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

Pinch of salt

1 tin Carnation Milk (small)

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour the mixture into 3 non-cooked pie crusts.

3Place a baking sheet underneath, the pies will bubble over. Indicating they are ready.

4Bake at 350 F.
