Chocolate Cake (Valere Palhories)

Ingredients

1 ¾ cups Flour (unsifted)

2 cups Sugar

¾ cup Cocoa powder

1 ½ tsp Baking powder

1 ½ tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

1 cup Milk

½ cup Vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup Boiling water

1Combine all the dry ingredients in large bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients except boiling water.

3Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water with spoon.

4Batter will appear thin, pour into two 9” pans, and bake at 350 F. for 30 - 35 minutes
