1In 4-quart sauce pot, cook bacon over medium heat, 7-10 minutes or until crisp and browned; drain on paper towels. Drain off all but 2 Tbs. fat from sauce pot. Add cabbage, onion and carrots. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. In small bowl, stir together vinegar and remaining ingredients. Add to sauce pot and cook 1 minute or until heated through. Crumble bacon and stir into cabbage mixture.
