Bean Salad

Ingredients

Ingredients for 8 servings

1 16-oz. can red kidney beans, drained

1 16-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

1 10-oz. pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed

1/3 cup diced pimento

3 Tbs. finely chopped onion

1/4 cup vegetable oil

3 Tbs, cider vinegar

2 Tbs. catsup

1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

1/7 tsp. pepper

Dash ground cloves

Directions

Preparation:

1In large bowl, mix kidney beans, corn, green beans, pimento and onion. An small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or until serving time.

Preparation: 15 minutes; total time, 2 hours, 15 minutes
