Fried Rice with Bacon

Ingredients

4 cups cold, cooked rice

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 eggs, cooked and scrambled very soft

2 scallions, chopped

1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken into 1-inch pieces

Directions

1STIR FRY rice in hot oil for one minute. Add sugar, salt and soy sauce. Stir 12 minute.

2Add eggs. scallions and bacon. Stir to mix about 1/2 minute.
