Directions
1Cream butter and add sugar slowly.
2Add well-beaten egg.
3Add alternately the dry ingredients sifted together and the sour milk.
4Add the mashed bananas last.
5Heat oven to 350*F.
6Fill baking cups, or loaf pans only half full
7Bake about 30 minutes or until cooked
