1Boil 2/3 cups water and ¼ tsp salt stir in 2/3 cup minute rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Blend 1¼ cups milk with 1 slightly beaten egg yolk, stir into rice. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup raisins then 1/8 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg and 1 tbsp butter. Mix well bring to a boil.
