Ingredients

3 cups Flour

2 tsp Baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup Currents or Raisins

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup of Nuts (optional)

1 1/4 cup of Crisco Oil

2 cups White Sugar

3 cups Grated Carrots

4 eggs

Directions

1Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours
