Doreen’s Icing

Ingredients

1 bag of icing sugar

1 1/4 cups shortening

1 tsp lemon extract

1 tsp almond extract

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup hot milk

Directions

1Cream shortening, salt and flavors together with mixer

2Add all icing sugar mix

3Add hot milk

4Gradually stir with mixer on low for 20 minutes

5Stopping at 5 minute intervals
