Dumplings

Ingredients

1 1/3 Cups Flour

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

½ Teaspoon Salt

2/3 Cup Milk

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

1In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

2In measuring cup mix Milk and Oil.

3Slowly mix Milk mixture into dry ingredients until you have soft dough, stirring as little as possible.

Then

1Drop dough by large tablespoons into soup or stew, and cook for 10 minutes uncovered and then 10 minutes covered.

Optionally,

1you can add herbs or cheese to dumpling dough
