Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients

(Good on steamed spinach)

1/8 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/8 cup White vinegar

4 Garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp sugar

¼ cup Olive oil

½ cup Canola oil

Directions

1In a small saucepan add lemon juice, vinegar, garlic and sugar, heat until sugar dissolves. Add hot mixture to Olive oil and Canola oil.

2Use warm or at room temperature.

3Keeps 3 weeks in the fridge.
