Ingredients

1 lb Flour (4cups)

1 26 bottle water

½ lb granulated sugar

1 Tin condensed milk

½ lb Ghee or oil

Cardamoms (about 9)

Raisins

¾ Tin evaporated milk

Directions

1Melt ghee in pot, add flour, parch on slow fire until flour gets very loose. Add cardamons and raisins. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, mix evaporated milk and condensed milk together. Add all liquids at the same time to flour mixture, turn briskly over heat until light and fluffy
