Pat’s Pizza Dough

Ingredients

8 Cups Flour

1 tbsp Salt

1 Packet Fleichman's Active Yeast Pizza

1 Can 7up 355ml

1 Can Hot water 355 ml

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1/2 cup Corn meal

Directions

1In large bowl combine Flour, Salt, 7up

2In small bowl add small amount of hot water and Active Yeast stir till mixed

3Add remaining hot water to large bowl

4Add Active yeast mixture to large bowl

5Knead Olive Oil into dough slowly

6Place in a warm place for 30 minutes to let rise and activate

7Roll out onto cornmeal.

8Cook in oven at 375° till crust is golden
