Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt

2/3 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Shortening

2/3 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup White Sugar

1 egg

Directions

1In small bowl mix Flour, Slat, Baking Soda together

2In large bowl Cream Peanut butter, Shortening , Brown Sugar and White Sugar together

3Blend in Egg

4Stir in dry ingredients

5Shape into small balls

6Place on lightly greased cookie sheet

7Press down with floured fork

8Bake 350° 12-15 minutes
