Ingredients

1 lb Flour – yeast

¼ lb Ground split peas

1 tsp Baking powder

2 tsp Salt

1/s tsp Saffron

A few grains of garlic

A few Cara Poule leaves

½ tsp ground gera (cumin)

Pepper to taste

Oil to fry

Directions

1Sift flour, peas, gera, salt and add all seasonings and yeast.

2Mix with 1 cup water, mix well, leave to rest about 2 hours.

3Drop in tiny balls fry for a few seconds
