1PLACE knife blade in processor. Add the flour and salt. Cut butter in pieces and add to bowl. Process until mixture resembles coarse meal; this should take no more than 10 seconds
2While the machine is still running, pour in the ice water. Stop processing as soon as mixture forms a ball on top of the blades.
3Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour before rolling out
