Pow (Chinese Dumplings)

Ingredients

Dumpling

6 cups flour

6 cups Bisquik

1 cups sugar ( ¾ cup)

3 tsp white vinegar

salt to taste

3 packs yeast

1 ½ cups warm water (add more if needed)

Filling

Minced Meats (pork and beef)

Chinese sausage (lap chung)

Oyster sauce

5 spice powder

Hoisin sauce

Directions

1Mix all ingredients well cover with wet towel let stand to raise for 1 hour.

2Make dumpling and let raise again, then steam for about 15 to 20 minutes.

3Makes 60 dumplings
