Tuna Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Rice

2 Tbsp Butter or margarine (1/4 stick)

1 Celery stalk with leaves, chopped

1 Small onion, diced

1 Can 14 1/2 to 16 oz. stewed tomatoes

1 Cup Water

1 Tsp

1/4 Tsp Salt

1 Can 6 1/2 oz. Tuna, drained and flaked

Directions

1Prepare rice as directed, set aside.

2Fry celery, onion, and garlic in hot butter. Discard garlic.

3Preheat oven to 350 F. In 10" by 6" baking dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine rice, celery mixture, tomatoes, water, brown sugar, and salt. Gently stir in tuna.

4Bake casserole, uncovered for 25 minutes or until hot
